ITEM SW01508: A Pair of Mahogany Piano Seats / Footstools, Boston, c. 1880-90, produced by “L. Postawka & Co.”

 

These were originally piano stools, which make for wonderful footstools and/or occasional seating. We have reupholstered the seats with horsehair and a fine yellow damask. Both stools are labeled (see label) by maker, as follows:

They are in superb condition.
